Product Suggestions
The fields need to be expanded in the 'add new product' pop up in Prospect. Currently there is only basic information. Unleashed users should be able to choose what fields appear in this box from a list of every field available in Unleashed, especially:
Supplier Name & Supplier Code (Should be able to be automatically populated with suppliers from within Unleashed)
Supplier Purchase Price (This is a different field from Default Purchase Price in Unleashed)
Without the two above fields, when processing the confirmed order in Unleashed, supplier must be manually selected and also the correct cost price (which may be different than the default cost price) which massively slows down ordering.
Sometimes a product may need to be added and quoted for right away, which makes adding the product in Unleashed not possible as it takes 15 minutes to sync with Prospect.
@Guest when this ships it would be awesome if you could confirm for me that we've set the right fields (as you say there is more than one cost price). We've liaised with the Unleashed team and are confident we're meeting the requirements but would be good to get that confirmation so we can close this one off (or revisit if not)
Hi, I have updated the description of this idea to be more specific, as the main request seems to be to add supplier name, code and purchase price.
There's no reason that we can't add more fields if they're requested (via a seperate idea), so long as they're available in the Unleashed API.
But for now, we have scheduled a piece of work to add these specific fields. Should be available in the next release which will start rolling out in about 3-4 weeks.
