It would be useful if there was an extra restriction where you could stop all non-admins from being able to change Company's account manager. Having a User completely restricted as we have now sometimes doesn't work as it's really harsh but if you use Account Managers as a KPI etc then you'd want to stop non-admin Users from editing that field.
