When you send an email from the CRM. A blank line will be inserted between the Template that is used and the signature. There is no way to stop this line from being inserted. Stopping this line from being inserted would allow our customer to better manage the formatting of their emails when these are generated from a template as they can specify any extra lines or spacing that they would like inserted in the between the template and the signature by inserting blank lines at the top of their signature.
Please remove this extra line. It looks like perhaps 2 extra lines; one on each template / signature. It makes a CRM email look like a generic precedent, not personal to the recipient and removes the opportunity to standard format.
