Allow the RFM by Delivery Address feature to work across multiple Sales Ledgers. Would make the feature really powerful if you are able to put an Order through a different Sales Ledger but have it still contribute to the Company's RFM. This is useful for users who use Advanced/multiple Ledgers, and scenarios such as delivering goods to a hospital, while the orders/invoices come from multiple ledgers (such as different health authorities, charities, or other bodies)
Sorry, this request was marked as "Planned" when it was linked to another feature request.
The confusion comes from the "Devil in the Detail" and I have unlinked this request, changed it's status back and updated the title to ensure the distinction is clearer.
For the sake of clarity, what we are and are not currently doing:
1. We are planning, developing and deploying a range of features to provide the ability to calculate "RFM by Delivery Address" where those delivery locations are sub-locations of a single Sales Ledger/Customer account
2. we are not yet looking at calculating a single RFM value for delivery addresses across multiple, unrelated sales ledger accounts.
That's quite a different, and more complex calculation, and probably a bit of an edge case. Lots of our users want to split the RFM calculation across multiple stores/locations, but it's pretty rare to need to amalgamate data from multiple sales ledgers into one RFM value.
Sorry for any confusion.
When using matrix unable us accurately as not yet able to distinguish all end users as all going under sales ledger code as opposed to hospital.
Need to be able to see end users on Matrix and not just based on sales ledger codes, more accurate.
RFM by Delivery Address not tied to Sales Ledgers - THIS IS ABSOLULTELY NEEDED!
Invoice goes to Customer code/Sales Ledger (this could have been a PO Box accounts dept) leaving the goods, RFM & matrix analysis to be recorded for the end user! (being the RFM Delivery Address).
