For Cin7 Omni the delivery notes 1 (75 characters) and delivery notes 2 (75 characters) are posted through on order confirmation to the Delivery Instructions field in Cin7 Omni (2000 characters).
Customers are used to being able to input up to 2000 characters in their delivery instruction but when doing this in prospect they are limited to only 150 characters across the two lines. This is not even 10% of what cin7 allow to be posted to this field. This is causing some frustration with our customers as they are used to and need to be able to post longer delivery notes for their customers as they would in Cin7.
