Would be great to have a drop down list and pending on what the user selects, define the recipient of the enquiry. we would also like it to CC a standard email address so all forms get logged in one email box as well as the dept notification
One way to do this is just not to assign these enquiries at all, and to have a report (which you can setup to be a dashboard if you want) to show all enquiries that havent yet been assigned (i.e. no assignee).
Alternatively you could consider using Zapier which can take an event (enquiry being logged) and do almost any action you want (email several people, chase them up, do whatever). If you're interested in Zapier, please contact support via the in-app chat to get setup. also see https://zapier.com/
