We have UK and worldwide based clients who require initial and ongoing training on the use of our products. Making our learning material and tests available online would streamline our processes and add additional control. It would ensure training needs are monitored more closely and gaps would be identified sooner. New staff and customers would be prompted by Prospect to take part in the training.
There are quite a few online learning solutions avialable in the market... and it's a fairly specialist area that I can't see us really getting into (I dont imagine a high percentage of our customers would need this to the extent that you do).
But, we have very open and flexible API's so one option is to perhaps talk to a third-party integrator about integrating Prospect with an existing e-learning platform?
