We have already implemented the RFM by Delivery Address but most customers would love this to go further and apply to the whole Account Manager dashboard. If they have different Account Managers per Company but the Main Group is looked after by a different Account Manager and they all share one single Sales Ledger then it creates an inaccurate reporting. Mainly looking at the Revenue tile and the 12 month revenue. It makes changing who the account manager is useless since there real sales aren't considered and they are all jumbled.
At Power Supplies Group we use Group Companies and Companies within Group Companies
We have different Account Mangers responsible for the Group and Sub Companies.
So the data displayed in the Account Sales Manager Dashboard is very inaccurate.
It would be fantastic for the Account Manager to be filtered by the Sub Company and not the Group Company
