Currently you can see on the screenshots it will show the Record then Relationship then Comment then Company which isn't actually too intuitive as the comment breaks up the two records related and makes the name of the Relationship also a bit out of place. A simple change of putting comments at the end would aid this or even going further in letting you choose.
Yes, but also, in this context record and company are the same company, which is not the record you are in. Therefore it would be better for the 'related' window, to say CompanyA has relationship with CompanyB, then comment. I think this must be an error in the build, it is just using the wrong record, not the one you are in.
