Currently you cannot bulk update source activity due to the specific handling around activities and source fields on a record.
We should add some handling for this so that when you select to bulk update the source field, if the source you set allows for source activities, you should then get an additional drop down to set this at the same time, this way it would ensure that only correct activities are set on the respective source.
