Currently, you are not able to add a mapping for custom drop down fields in 'Custom Enquiry Field Mappings' setting. This would be a great enhancement to make, as it will give our customer more flexibility on their enquiry forms to be able to use customer fields and to maintain this data in the converted Contacts, Companies, and Opportunities.
