The desktop had button on the recall window to fire the outlook 'add appointment' window. This is convenient for a lot of people. Please could it be added to the SPA version.

The CRM has been updated to allow users to create appointments, including the ability to download an appointment file. We will be rolling this out to customers over the next few weeks.
