Currently within the User profile and then Activity tab it will only show a snapshot of data. If the user is particularly active this might only span a couple of days worth. It would be nice to have the option to 'load more' or have control over how much data is shown even if you're made aware it'll be slower.
If not then maybe building a standard task/activity report that you can drill into would help.
