Total Problem Open time field and status change timestamps
A field to track the amount of time a Problem record has been open for. As well as when a Problem Record has it status changed so reporting on Problem resolution time is easier.
I dont think this is very well named (so we'll look at that) but there is a table in the CRM that records each status change, who did it, when etc. you can probably use this to get much clearer reporting and do at least some of what you are looking for: Obviously if you need more complex analysis on this, then you can look at loading this data to excel or powerbi. There's help documentation on doing that if you need it.
