Some drop downs, don't allow typing to do a select, it's better when they do

On the recall window (whether there is a value in the recall user field or not, starting to type a name does a select, (although this video doesn't display the drop down - it was there!), other fields just start typing at the end of the entry that's already there - all drop downs should operate like the recall user one - it's way easier to use.
