Email Notification for failed enquiry from submission
Allow customers to have an email/alert of when an enquiry form was attempted to be submitted but failed would allow our customer better transparency on if there is anybody who might be struggling to get hold of them
In what circumstances would this work? if the form fails due to a technical or internet comms issue then by definition we can't post the form but neither can we trigger a notification. Other than that, the form might not submit if the user can't get past the recaptcha but triggering on that is basically just triggering on spam. So when else might this be useful?
