As part of creating accounts in Cin7 core from the CRM, you can select a contact to be posted across to Cin7 Core. However this currently does not post the email or either of the phone number fields.
It would be beneficial to our users to prevent rekeying to include these fields when we are posting this data into Cin7 Core.
This would be very beneficial to a smooth integration between Prospect CRM and Cin7 Core. When order confirmation/invoice is sent from Cin7 Core unless customer was created in Cin7 Core first, this information isn't pushed to Cin7 Core from Prospect CRM. Currently we're having to manually recognize any new customers and ensuring both systems are kept up to date.
