We normally add quotes in Unleashed but it would be great if these could be synced into the relevant customer account in Prospect to schedule follow-up on quotes within a time frame. Also, if you could automate the expected follow-up time for quotes so that account managers are alerted to follow-up within X days.
I also agree that it would be a perfect added feature. We create our quotes in unleashed for ease of conversion to sales and simplicity. The quotes from unleashed showing in the activity screen on the CRM would be an awesome addition, enabling our sales reps out on the road visiting customers to be able to see all activity, (quotes & sales) on the one software. In my opinion, for this reason, it is more valuable to see the quotes than it is sales when visiting the customers so they can follow up on the quotes to potentially win the business whilst face to face with the customer.
Yes, would be a great added feature, Quoting in Unleashed and for some of our customers is much quicker than in prospect.
@Guest the obvious question that springs to mind is why not just do your quotes in the CRM? the CRM has significantly more features for quoting than unleashed - including of course the ability to set follow-ups that you mention here. But also the quote-to-order workflow, pipeline reporting and much more. (cc @Daniela Balanescu )
