It would be nice to be able to configure the RFM customer segments based on our market niche. NEW CUSTOMERS, for instance. 180 days is a long time to consider customers "new" and for us, 3 orders = an established customer! Ideally we could configure both the length of time in days AND/OR number of orders that qualify customers as "new". Other segments could also be defined with rules to prevent overlapping?
Yes to this thanks. As all businesses have different models and are all individual in their perspectives as to what works for them, it would be good to be able to configure this in the CRM to better suit individual needs. Four orders would take years for some of our customers and we wouldn't consider them 'new'.
