We have recently integrated Prospect365 into Klaviyo to be able to create more automated email flows for new prospects.
Once a prospect has converted to being a buyer they will start to be categorised in RFN. This breaks down a customer into various criteria such as Champion, needs attention, Promising etc.
These are are criteria which are pushed into Klaviyo which is great. However, additional information such as last order and first order date would also be great to push through from Prospect to Klaviyo. This would enable refinement of the segmentation and improve the flows.
