Import default_shipping_id on katana customer addresses

We currently import customer shipping locations from Katana into the delivery locations table, but we do not store which of these are the default shipping location for a sales ledger. We should add handling to import this and use it for when customers set the "Automatically Populate Delivery Address on Quotes" option to use the Sales Ledger Delivery Address, so it correct uses the default shipping address.
