Add handling to view mentions in CRM

Currently when you are mentioned or tagged in a note, the only way you can see this is on the notification email that is triggered.

If this is not received for any reason, such as spam filters or previous bounces, there is no way for the user to see that they have been tagged. It would be beneficial to implement some CRM based report/notification to show the user they have been tagged.
