Having the CRM to be able to push through the unconfirmed Quotes to Cin7 Core:
Regarding syncing quotes with Cin7 Core, it would be beneficial to have the quotes generated in Prospect also available in Cin7. This way, any team member who doesn't have or needs access to the CRM can still access and process the quotes when customers call to clarify aspects of their orders or to pay over the phone. This would allow anyone, such as the accounts team or commercial manager, to support customers, rather than only sales reps who currently have access to the quotes and can process orders.
Ideally, the quotes created in Prospect should appear in Cin7 Core as drafts. These quotes should be able to be processed in both Prospect and Cin7, ensuring both systems stay updated.
More importantly, the other teams of the business will be aligned with the quotes / opportunities which the sales team are working on in the CRM. It is essential to have everyone on the same page for planning.
This would enable visibility between commercial and production teams against the quotes / opportunities being generated by the sales team in Prospect. Essential to run the full business.
