Originally we used the CRM to quote customers however we don't use the 'default purchase price' in Unleashed as our customers have different pricing tiers - it would be good if the pricing tier allocated to the customer pulled through when quoting in the CRM

Hi Olivia, I may be misunderstanding what you are asking for here, but the CRM does already use the pricing tier allocated to the customer to work out Quotation prices. If you think you're not getting the correct price then please contact support with some specific examples so that we can investigate this for you.
