Product Suggestions
If you have a contact at a division with an email address setup such as firstname.surname@companyname.com it could be useful to have a suggested email address against any contact without an email saved against them, so the system could identify that is the structure for that division and guess that it will be for the rest of the contact. This suggested email could be presented when creating a new contact under that division to make adding new contacts quicker e.g. suggested email click it to run the search to find the contact details + could have a tool to bulk update people without an email address.
This could be done however it could just as easily add an invalid email address against contacts, which would then be relied on later down the line.
Using the email address to populate the forename/surname is something we could do if the social search doesn't find a record, and potentially highlight duplication.
