Product Suggestions
We have an general enquiry form on our website where customers can choose a department / enquiry type within a dropdown - it would be great to dynamically assign these enquiries to different users pending on the dropdown selected rather than manually having to sort them
Probably the way to achieve this sort of specific functionality is to use something like Zapier. Using Zapier would allow you to configure (within reason) whatever custom rules you like.
