Remove ability for any user to bulk delete Contacts from a Campaign activity

Its currently possible for any user to remove Contacts from a campaign activity, with two clicks (click button shown in pink on attachment, then click ACCEPT). This should be restricted to Admin users only, ideally shouldn't be as easy to select (next in menu)
