Add a hyperlink into standard text

I've created standard text blocks that can be added to document templates (with search and replace) but in some of those I'd like to put a hyperlink back to our website e.g. full details of our terms can be fond here (link to page on website).

It would also be helpful to be able to format the standard text block too rather than having to sort it out when it's pulled into the document.
