A commission report for sales team/person

We pay our sales people 10% of the margin for all sales. A real time dashboard or report would be a great visual motivator and assist with month end reporting. Working out commissions can be a timely process where we compare sales vs invoices paid through sage. A function to be able to generate this information by salesperson within a few clicks would be a good addition.
