Currently, the version number of a quote is update when the document is generated. If the versionNumber is used in the filename of the document this results in the version number in the filename being one less than the version number used in the document. When generating a template from the document's page on a quote, the increment is only applied after the name of the filename has been calculated. If this merge field is used in the filename it should be set to one higher than the actual version name.
If you are sending a customer multiple versions of a quote, it would be useful to them to see the version number in the filename. This would make keeping track of the version of the quote significantly easier.
There is a bug in the CRM where the quote version of a word document starts at Zero in the CRM but the word document is given version 1. If the same quote is generated using the word template but sent as a CRM generated email attached pdf, the version of the quote always starts at version 1 and this is the version number stored in the CRM. It appears that email generated quotes (using the send button) start at version 1 but word document generated quotes start at 0 but are labelled in the Word document one increment higher, ie 1. Can this be fixed, please.
