When creating a quote within Prospect CRM, if a customer has not bought products within a certain product category previously, then the product category should shift to being within the opportunity section of the Magic Matrix.
Feel this would be a big win, as not many customers are really using opportunities, unless it's for potential customers, rather than accounts they've sold to previously. Potential customers of course don't even come to play in the magic matrix, as it is based off sales ledgers, rather than companies.
Perhaps we could have this move into the opportunity section until time moves past the 'order date field'. Not necessarily crucial, but a thought.
