Bulk Edit Cost Price

There may be a items available from a manufacturer with project discounts available, such as a set further percentage discount from your regular purchase price, and want to bulk amend products. for example, if your regular discount is 30% less than list, and for that project you are offered 35% from manufacturer. Rather than amending these one line at a time, it would be great to be able to this via a bulk action percentage edit.
