A basic Customer Service requirement is to handle queries and issues from Customers regarding their order. These range from packing errors to late deliveries.
It would be really useful to be able to either link a Sales Order from within a Problem or raise a Problem from a Sales Order.
I understand there is functionality for Quotes x Problems, but that isn't where customer issues are, for us, anyway.
If this could be made available for Sales Orders coming from other platforms, such as Unleashed, as well as Prospect generated Sales Orders, that would be ideal.
