Currently filters are persistent when CMS pages are loaded, as it is cached in the browser. It would be useful to update the Filters panel to show if filters are applied, and be easy to remove them.
Argos website is a good example of how this can be implemented, see attachment.
Paul, that's a good example you provided with Argos. Only difference is that if you apply filters on their website, don't clear them, then move away from that page and look for another product in another section, the filters have cleared when you go back to product page you'd first looked at.
Surely that would just be a 'normal feature' on any website. I've had a look at a number of different website, such as Next, and filters always clear when you navigate away from the page that you've applied the filters too.
