Please can more detail be added to the Access CRM Notification alert email ?
For example it would be ideal to see what form the submission is from so you don't need to look at it straight away if it is just a mailing list subscription.
Some basic details of the enquiry would be good too so that you know whether it requires a quick action or if it can wait.
