Creating a Prospectsoft AI add in to Outlook/emails to extract information

I've started to use Copilot to extract product codes and quantities from customers emails to generate a table with that information and then copy and import it into a quote. This decreases the amount of time inputting into an order and also the number of errors caused by typing in codes and quantities.
It would be good if Prospectsoft could develop an Add in to Outlook which can automatically read the informationin the email and export it directly to the quote in the CRM.
