RFM and CLTV metrics are pulled from the sales transaction entity. We should include distributors sales in this so that our users can review the sales of their end users who purchase through distributors. This would give them a comparable way to compare these end users with their direct customers
Almost 50% of our active company/clients order through a distributor, but the relationship with that company is managed directly through us. As we cannot see sales totals & RFM data against these companies, we are missing information and prompts, compared to direct clients who have sales totals in their profiles, appear in the RFM. We would highly recommend sales order totals and RFM data for Distributor allocated companies and possibly it's own RFM completely for Distributor sales. This would really help manage and improve our client relationships and order frequencies.
