Workflow Automations

Create workflow automation diagrams for all processes. In my case, an RMA timeline/pathway would be very benefitial to new/incomming employees. This creates a workflow for them to easily follow with clear steps and sections for internal notes and docuements. This would have task/status prompts that clearly show once completed, your next step is X.

Diagrams and the ability to have notes and documents for each step can greatly increase ease of work when going through these processes. Also grants each company to have diagrams to show internal and external processes. Again, would be a great boon for new employees getting up to speed with a companies processes.
