Add fields to the dimensions sales ledger creation screen

In dimensions, there are many fields that can't be set by the sales ledger creation screen, such as Contact information for the sales ledger, Sort Key data (Customer group, region, shop type), notes and any custom fields that the user has set. We should allow for users to enter details for these fields on the creation screen.
