Allow special characters to be used in file names

Some customers have special characters in their company names and they would prefer to use them when naming files, especially when sending/sharing documents to customers from CRM. Currently, the system will remove any special characters when uploading or saving files to CRM. So, it will be great if we could support the use of special characters in filenames.
