We will have our Preference Centre launch in-house soon as PB has created the fields in the CRM for this - this means that when on a report, we will be able to apply a filter to the report to only include contacts with specific contact preferences. However, we don't yet have the ability to automatically filter from the Campaign Activity like we have for things like 'has email address', 'don't include those who have left company' etc. This would be ideal as then it could be toggled on and off at the filter stage of the Campaign Activity rather than on the report first. As I say - preference centres are only available to us in-house and not to customers, but if this feature is to be developed it would be worth considering how this could be developed for customers too (as Preference Centres should be available to customers soon).
