It would be useful if there was a banner at the top of records (quotes/opportunities/companies) if the sales ledger doesn't exist / is closed / on stop for customers. So that proactive action could be made before realising an issue exists when trying to confirm a quote. We have added these fields to the quote / companies layout but a little Yes/No does not attract the attention of a user
