Currently CRM maps to Dimensions Sales Ledger by ID onto field SL_ACCOUNTS.CUCODE - this value only exists against customers, and so automatically filters out any prospects within Access Dimensions CRM. Mapping instead to CU_ACC_CODE would allow both prospect and customers to be in sync, and then when an account is converted from prospect to full customer in dimensions, this would automatically update within PS CRM. This maintains control of SL account settings by the finance team within ERP, whilst automatically updating these for use by sales / customer facing teams.
