Abilty to customise opportunity pipeline objectives

The current list of objectives on an opportunity are hard-coded and the objectives given are not clear as to what they should be used for and may not suit all of our user's use cases. Adding the ability to rename, add or remove to this drop-down would allow our users to better categorise their pipelines into objectives that better suit their business needs.
