I have used another CRM "Mercury" which was in a different industry and it was heavily customisable to be able to Automate workflow and processes.
It would be great if in Prospect you could Automate a workflow eg, when an opportunity is moved to the next status eg Quote to Deal Won, this would then automate follow up tasks, emails outs, text messages etc etc.
