I was on the phone to the customer and the names of their products were not user friendly, for example 02PVS1.16FHRMQ+1SPA2D10N. This made searching for products in the CRM difficult because its hard to remember the specific name of a product like that, furthermore the CRM took a long time to search all of the products when we put in part of the product name. If there was a list where users could add their most commonly used products it would save users time trying to search. It could be implemented so that when you add a product to a quote it displays your favourites first. Perhaps there could also be a report on the dashboard which displays a companies favourite products.
The CRM will now automatically suggest products based on recent history.
