Please can we update the News section that people see when they log in to the CRM (please see attached screenshot), as this is a little out of date now.
Some ideas on what we could add here instead are:
- Link to New Features page https://www.prospectsoft.com/newfeatures - are we able to feed in that month's new features automatically so that it could update every month? Or is this a manual process?
- Link to Prospect YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5sbWJVyHItabYx5vjlJqCA
- Link to Webinars page https://www.prospectsoft.com/webinars - again, could this show 'this month's Webinar', then change to the following month when that one has finished? Or it could just have a link to this page.
- Link to Services Portal to encourage people to log tickets online
- Link to Ideas/Bugs pages to encourage people to log ideas/report bugs
- Link to Prospect Academy to show people how many great videos & articles we have
- Link to Resources page www.prospectsoft.com/resources
Emily's customer Marlow Ropes and Customer Success' customer Draper Ventilation feel that this section of the homepage/dashboard is not really of any use to them, takes up a lot of space, and would be better used for something else e.g. their own News or their own branding (logo etc.).
If its unlikely to be a section that each customer can customise themselves, then we should at least look to update it with the above suggestions so it's not so out of date. Maybe even a link to the Academy & more Stock-Aware messaging which I can provide when this gets looked at.
