In 365 once you have uploaded contacts from a campaign activity, you cannot re-upload them, therefore only allowing you to do this process once. In version 6 you were able to do the mail merge as many times for the same campaign activity. It would be good to have this functionality back as sometimes you might want to add some more contacts and re-do the mail merge.
A customer would like to be able to re-upload contacts from the same campaign activity. At the moment once you have done the upload from the campaign activity it grey's out the upload button so you can't do this again. It would be useful to be able to do a re-upload and be able to rename the campaign activity in Spotler for the re-upload. The work around at the minute would be to create another campaign activity and copy the contacts the original campaign activity,

Given that we can't update this code, I'm going to mark this as "will not implement" - but of course that doesnt mean that communigator won't implement it for you !
Unfortunately we didnt write the Spotler/Communigator integration. That code was written (and can only be updated) by Communigator themselves. So you'd need to contact them and request this update... or try Mailchimp or Klaviyo where we have more control over the integration and how it works.
