Sarka for Rotec Hydraulics suggested that it would be good in the system if your were able to have different version of a quote I.E. A/B/C and you could go back to an earlier version if you made changes and didn't like them.
Apec Systems require quote versions 1/2/3 etc. which they had in V6 as they send out a number of amended quotes to customers. They also require it to be a search and replace field in word documents.
