Be able to deselect an option in Preferences on Communications page

It would be great to have the option to toggle all Preferences off e.g. they've not said 'yes' or 'no' to receiving these types of comms.

At the moment, if you toggle 'yes' or 'no' on any of the options, you can't deselect them (or select all). This is important to be able to do, as if they haven't said 'yes' or haven't said 'no', then we don't want to record them as such.
